The location is excellent, directly across from Haywood Mall and many restaurants, but the rooms are somewhat bland and low quality. Service was fine when called upon, but the quality of cleaning crew is poor.

Overall, it was a decent price for the area, but I would pay a few dollars more and go to the Hawthorne Suites instead.
