The day shift at the front desk was very rude and unhelpful at both checking in and out. Not very impressed. Only good thing was the comfortable beds. For the price I could have stayed 2 nights at other places for the price of my one night.

Hotel Gen. Manager's attitude deplorable!
Requested non-smoking, preferably First Floor room during reservation.
Was given third floor, smoking room. Unable to seek alternate accommodations due to late arrival. Informed front desk. Night clerk insensitive.

The staff, the lobby attendants, the maid service, the bed linens, the ammenities...don't know where to start because it all combined to make for a great stay in late July and in early August. I stayed a total of seven nights and was fully satisfied each one of them. Can't wait until they add a business center. That will make the place perfect.
