The rooms were great...the beds comfortable..bathroom a tiny bit cramped for 4, but not enough that it was bothersome. I had read alot about the elevators but we had no problems. The spot of this hotel is perfect! Broadway, Times Square, Central Park.. they are all in walking distance. Also the headquarters of a very good sightseeing tour is down the corner, very handy. Hint: You can 'abuse' these buses as 'taxi' to lower Manhattan because it's to far for walking.

Perfect location. Very accesible to all major NY city areas.
The people at the hotel was very helpfull with anything we needed.
Specially great to go with kids. Having a small refrigerator and microwave in the room made a difference and that didn't diminished the quality of the room or made it look cheap.
Internet connection was NOT the best.

We were looking for a hotel that was close that wasn't 500 a night. We got this wonderful place! We stayed one night and loved it. The staff was very helpful and warm. The room was a good size. There was a gift shop and a cafe on site. And it was only 2 blocks from Times Square!!!! It wasn't cheap but compared to other hotels in this area and for what we got for our money we are def. going back!
