The room was small, as well the bathroom. But we wasn't in NY to sleep or stay in the room especially being a half block from Times Square. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It also was nice that my wife (who has allergies) had a chose of feather or non-feather pillows.

I just recently stayed at the Mayfair last week and overall my stay has been comfortable. The rooms may be a little small, but it was very clean. The price we paid for the room was very cheap for it being in the heart of the manhattan. Subways, Timesquare, everything is close by. The staff were wonderful and I will consider staying there again on my next trip to NY.

The hotel rooms are small, but clean. The location cannot be beat, close to trains to downtown, uptown, Central Park, and Brooklyn, and next door to the Broadway attractions
