Rooms were small, service was poor, nothing is maintained or renovated - a terrible value. I will never stay there again, and will never recommend it.

Unclean room, worn carpet and paint on everything, noisy (could hear EVERYTHING the nearbord did), control of temperature broken, small room with old double bed even with a reservation that said queen size, bad service, tv not working. $450 US for 2 nights. Would not recommend to anyone.

Shower was good with plenty of water and easy to adjust temperature.

The bed was wonderful to sleep on. Staff very courteous. Hotel very convenient to everything you want to walk to. Definitely will stay here again when visiting New York.

The room was small, as well the bathroom. But we wasn't in NY to sleep or stay in the room especially being a half block from Times Square. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It also was nice that my wife (who has allergies) had a chose of feather or non-feather pillows.
