The experience will last a life time. My husband and I came to biloxi as a part of our honeymoon, we also treated my parents for their 35th anniversary gift, and we all loved it. Everyone was so nice and made us feel so comfortable. The food was great, the bands were great, and the view ws just unbelievable.

My husband and 2 teenagers stayed her for 2 days and enjoyed it overall. The parking garages and elevators were a pain but after realizing we had two sets of elevators (one for parking at one end of the casino and one for rooms at the other end) we got organized. I've stayes here twice. Both times the air conditoner did not work properly. We also had friends staying at the same time in another room same problem. I call and reported it they never showed up to repair it. I asked for a fan and front desk said they would call me back they never did. So I never got a fan.

It took 10 minutes for valet to greet me. It took 45 minutes to check in. After getting to my floor, I found the quality of the decor and conditions unsatisfactory. It is a beautiful casino. Looks great from the outside. Beautiful landscaping, and impressive building.
The service was slow. The whole place was loud. The casino was even louder. The food was extremely high. A plain cup of coffee cost me $2.25.
It seems to be geared to the younger crowd (20-40).
The one thing I will say good about the IP is the bed was great.

From the minute we drive up, the entire staff from the courteous parking atendants, bellboys, to our Casino Host, make us feel as if we 'have come home'! My husband & I spent 2 nights at the IP. The room was very nice. The bed was excellent,(unlike the uncomfortable beds and the Beau Rivage). The staff were all very friendly. Checkin/Check out were very fast and no problem at all. Loved the Blackjack. The dealers were very friendly & eager to explain the game to me. The slots didn't seem to be paying off, but over all we had a good time and will definitely return.
