Worst experience EVER!!!It took us 2 hours to check in because they claimed we should have arrived a day earlier and had us booked for an additional day. We had the email print out showing out conformation. They do not have fitted sheets for the bed and when I called maid service to ask for one I was told they are cutting cost and do not have fitted sheets. On top of ...1 of 1 Yahoo! URGENT!!! Please ReadAll I have to say is WOW!! The most amazing staff I have ever met. The rooms are amazing the food is amazing…I give this place 10 stars. I am getting ready to head to Harrison High School in Gulfport to talk to the students about internet safety.
You HAVE to come down to Gulfport/Biloxi for a weekend getaway if you get the chance.

STUDIO AMy best friend and I went to a music concert in Studio A. My friend left her cell phone in the seat at a slot machine and when we went back it was gone, no surprise. check out what you are paying...then ask why so cheap?
The room smelling bad is becuase they elt folks smoke on an entire floor and unless you are there to check in early- Before 9pm! Expect to be put into a room which is most likely a smoking room.

It was a great weekendMy husband and I celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary at the IP, the room was very nice, the rooftop pool with the big screen tv was nice....food was good at the high tide and sports bar......will definitely go back for our 11th!2 of 2 Yahoo! THANK EVERYONEMy wife and I enjoy just getting away, the IP is the place we choose.
My wife had a really bad headache and could not get out of bed, I requested another nights stay from the management staff and it was granted instantly.

expensive much?!well for starters, the rooms (unless you're in a suit) are just like normal everyday rooms. and unless you're willing to pay out the butt for 1 meal, i'd advise you to not* eat at the Back Bay Buffet. the High Tide Sports Bar and Grill is very impressive as far as the prices are concerned. good food too! the cable tv sucks! they say ...5 of 5 Yahoo! Won't go BackWhen we got to our floor, the hallway smelled bad. Our room smelled bad also. There were leftovers from the previous guest (opened soap and shampoo in the shower, opened food left on the table, personal items left behind). The beds were made but since the room hadn't been cleaned very well, it made us wonder if the sheets had been changed.9 of 10 Yahoo! Itls home away from home for me!I live in texas but I'm always in biloxi visiting my grandfather and the rest of the family as well. I fell in love with the IP the first time I stayed here. The people are friendly, the food is awsome, the service is great and the rooms are nice. Everytime I'm in biloxi I'm practically praying that we get to stay in this hotel at least one night on my grandfather's elite card while we are there!3 of 4 Yahoo!
