I left an item behind after checking out and no one from the hotel will return my calls. Each time I call the staff is incredibly rude to me. Clearly I'm not getting the item back, and no one there seems to care.

We were pleasantly surprised with our room. It was very clean and comfortable. We stayed in an anchor suite. It was a good price for what the room had to offer. The bathroom was a good size with ample storage for toilettries. The one and only thing we were dissappointed with is the bath towels. They need to be just a little more fluffy.
The staff was great - very friendly and accomodating. We look forward to staying again sometime.

While the hotel room was nice and the property clean, this place was crawling with unsupervised children running and screaming the halls from 8-midnite on both the Friday and Saturday nights that my husband and myself were there. If you are a useless parent who doesn't care where your kids are - then go to this hotel, otherwise, find someplace else.
