Dirty room, couch in the room torn with garbage under the pillows, no towels or hangers, no TV remote, uncaring staff, even the corporate headquarters customer service doesn't respond. I could go on and one, but I'll just say...go somewhere else.

Front desk didn't have my reservation, although I had called the same day! Very rude front desk, and didn't give me the rate that was quoted!

We went in Oct, then again in Dec. Had a good stay. When management was confronted with the mold by the A/C, they immediately placed us in another room.

Pool was nice, very warn in Oct. Must have turned off the heater in Dec. Kids enjoyed it though.

Convenient to get to. Right off the interstate.
