Everything was very clean and comfortable. The pools were very nice and clean also. I have stayed here before and will continue to keep coming back. We just really enjoyed everthing.

We checked them out and they offered vacation packages that included Dollywood, and other theaters that we wanted to go to. Their all in one price saved us money and time, not to mention they knew the best shows to see. I would highly recomend this property for any vacation to Pigeon Forge!

Clean. new. housekeeping was great. indoor pool a little small and stuffy, but they share a pool at Quality Inn next door and that outdoor pool is great. Microwave, refrigerator, sink and cabinet area worked out great for feeding the family over four days. Brought quick reheatable things and didn't have to eat out so much. Great experience.

My husband and myself stayed here when we visited Smoky. I liked this one since it was clean and the rooms looked spacious. The continental breakfast was good too. They mentioned that the room we stayed had a balcony with mountain view, but all you can see is the parking lot and the roads. We didnt stay much in the hotel, so didnt mind that. I would surely recommend this hotel.

We have stayed at this hotel three times now and are planning our next trip to Tennessee now and plan on staying at this hotel again. Just made the reservations........

I am 13 and I love Tenessee even if you don't like Country music you will love it! The comfort inn just made it better too !
