We usually stay at another hotel when we travel to Lubbock, but they were completely booked, so we chose to stay at the Hampton. It's in a great location, right next to Wal-Mart and many restaurants. The room was Very clean, lights and air conditioning on and mints on a towel. Indoor pool was nice, my only complaint is that it was too chilly ...

1. all of the staff smiled and spoke....
2.they all spoke english!!!
3.the locks on the doors were all in very good condition
4.the towels were excellent rather than the usual towels that look more like lace
5.the breakfast was super
6. the pillows were all very fluffy...not like the usual which appears to have been flatten by a steam ...

The staff is great! The rooms are bright and sun shiney (bright yellow pattern curtains and comforter)! Great breakfast items in the morning and warm cookies in the afternoon!!
I stay at Hampton Inns all the time but this one is by far the best!
