1. all of the staff smiled and spoke.... 2.they all spoke english!!! 3.the locks on the doors were all in very good condition 4.the towels were excellent rather than the usual towels that look more like lace 5.the breakfast was super 6. the pillows were all very fluffy...not like the usual which appears to have been flatten by a steam ...
The staff is great! The rooms are bright and sun shiney (bright yellow pattern curtains and comforter)! Great breakfast items in the morning and warm cookies in the afternoon!! I stay at Hampton Inns all the time but this one is by far the best!

The hotel only had an ice machine on the first floor rather than on each floor. The room didn't have a microwave or refrigerator and the breakfast fake eggs were terrible looking. Other than that, it was great.
