Very Unique Setting and a good location for exploring the interior of belize. The Food was very good and the Owners were very Friendly and very Accomodating. We also found all the staff to be very friendly and they helped us out. Banana Bank Provided a once in a lifetime experience for us! If we ever go back to Belize we will plan on staying there.

The service is terrible!! there is nobody to help you, we stayed there for only one night, we had planned to stay longer but the cabanas are in bad condition and "decorated" with really bad taste. But the worse is the service from the front desk to the resturant. And what about that mistreated monkey that they have by the front desk, what a disgrace to treat an animal like that, shame on you Banana Bank!!!

banana bank is great-it will keep calling you back to stay-have been there 3 times and there are no words to tell you how wonderful this place is. great location,great food, and great hosts-john and carolyn carr and their staff are GREAT! go to belize it!
