At first, I was apprehensive about staying at a Best Western Hotel. The Richmond Suites exceeded my expectations. I have stayed at the Best Western Richmond Suites several times now for business. The hotel is clean and very accommodating. The beds are wonderful and high-speed internet access is truly free (no surprise fees when you check-in). I have never been disappointed.

We could not have had a better experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were sooo comfortable. There was a delicious buffet in the morning with welcoming staff and a wonderful free (who does that anymore) cocktail hour with appetizers in the late afternoon. We are from Ohio and had no idea what to expect. We were so pleased with this hotel. The employees were so polite and friendly. The young lady at the front desk gave us directions on how to get to New Orleans and the best place to park. The rooms were clean and the grounds well maintained. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the area.

This is a great hotel to stay at with students. The Basketball court and pool was wonderful. Not to mention the breakfest, the array of food was great. Te service was great except for the fact that maids do not speak English. They were still really nice! i definately recommend this hotel!!

I loved the mattress.. came home and called Simmons to get exact mattress. I thought the breakfast buffet and food in the afternoon made things very nice.
I will stay there again.

It use to be a nice hotel until it changed owners and managers. The owners are cheap and the manager has NO personality. The rooms are rundown.....since they allowed dogs and everything else in the hotel due to Katrina.....the hotel is nasty.
