There is almost nothing I disliked.
the Staff had to be the Best part--caring, efficient, warm, knowledgable, from the food service, the spa and health services, the excersize program and staff--After having been to many spas all over the US and many outside the US, Chiva-Som stole our hearts.

This resort is amazing! I cannot fault one thing about it. The rooms were a lovely size and clean. The staff were amazing, the food was lovely. Although it is expensive, it is totally worth the money.
