This hotel was average. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location on Rogers Ave made it convinent for the purpose of the trip, but I have definietly been in nicer hotels. The lamp and coffe pot on the desk did not work, in fact the power surge strip on the underside of the desk was plugged into itself and there was not an outlet ...

The room we stayed in was way less quality than what we expected. The pictures they provide for you aren't any where near what the room looks like. We paid extra for a king room with a recliner. We didn't stay here just because they raised the rates of the rooms for a school age volleyball tournament. We aren't taking a professional football game or a concert, but a volleyball game for kids.
