1st stay standard king was very nice -2nd stay we were put in a handicap room that was not user friendly even for a handicapped person. The shower head was so high you could not reach it. The toilet paper was so low and behind you it was difficult to reach. No counter surface for toiletries just a pedestal sink. We had requested a king and received ...
it was an ok stay, the customer service was lacking. Only two luggage carts for a hotel this size, come on! Staff acting like the could care less. Hard to find location, ok price for the area
I made a reservation two months in advance from Japan. The person that took the reservation input the wrong month. Thus we had no rooms. We wanted adjoining rooms because we had children. This was our annual secret grandmas trip. We did get two rooms. I paid cash but they insisted that we give a credit card. OK. At the front desk they have several ...

We stayed at this Hampton Inn on our way to Palm Springs and had planned to only spend one night, however, we experienced car trouble and had to stay an extra day. The girls at the front desk were truly life savers and helped us get to the proper places to get our car repaired. Cindy Iniguez(?) abd Shawna Cindall should be given a raise for their ...

BEST HOTEL COME HERE!!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/29/06
Well I like everything the staff the breakfast was spectaculary delicious and the pool with jacuzi was relaxing especially in the evening. If you are looking for a reasonable hotel in Flagstaff this would probably be it. The location was fair, near restaraunts and a great montain view Great for my family.
I loved the customer service. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was good also. The only bad part is the train which comes by 24/7 blowing it's loud horn. It was very loud, I can't emphasize that enough! Other then that everything else was great.
We stayed in a suite during December. The lobby is a nice warm reprieve from the cold with its fireplace and lodge feeling. Our suite was clean and well-appointed with a fully operational kitchen, livingroom, bedroom and bath. We slept 6 comfortably between the pull-out in the livingroom and 2 queen beds in the bedroom.
The hot breakfast in ...

Great Hotel, but...
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/22/05
We stayed here several times, based on our first experience. The service is great, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast was good. The problem is the location. Located near a railroad crossing, passing trains piercingly sound their horns 24 hours a day. There's no room in the hotel that is far enough away to give a person who can't sleep ...

poor service
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/15/05
My husband wasn't able to log on to the internet ever during our stay. The breakfast was bad: They were out of hot food, no regular coffee until we asked for it, very limited seating which forced us to eat in our rooms. Wait staff spoke very little english so it was difficult to adress problems.
