After being on the road for 14 hours it was so refreshing to come into such a cozy and clean hotel. The room was spotless and the bed...oh my goodness...the BEST nights sleep we've had in a LONG time!! Breakfast was very good with a variety of things to choose from. VERY pleasant experience and highly recommended!

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was very clean, the amenities very well thought out, the staff friendly and competent. a relaxing vist because everything was taken care of. I would highly reccommend this hotel to any one.

I stay at the Hampton Inn West each time I'm in Columbus visiting my daughter, which is often 2 or 3 times a month. The staff now knows me by name.....they are alway polite, friendly and helpful. I know the rooms will always be clean and well stocked. The beds are wonderful......I could spend my entire stay in them!! The breakfast is hot ...

A group of nine motorcyclists, we moved over to the Hampton after a miserable night at another motel close by. The staff was understanding, the rooms exceptionally clean. All towels and linens were clean and well maintained. All in room utilities worked. The hot breakfast was well prepared and the selection of items was all you could ask for including fresh fruit. I was very satisfied and would stay here again.
