Spent a month while my wife was at the Cleveland Clinic, received a free upgrade to a suite due to the extended stay at the Clinic. Room was comfortable and quiet. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The free shuttle to and from the Clinic was very convenient. Highly recommended.

Bring Your Own Sheets! The sheets on the pull-out bed were dirty. Upon requesting sheets from the front desk I was told it is too late. Had the ammenities been up to par, the price and the location would have been acceptable.

The hotel was recently renovated. Very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helful. I had forgotten some items in the room; the hotel staff had put them asside and then mailed them to me! Thanks for your attentiveness!

Dislike parking, but not that bad. Have used this motal mmany, many time over the years to go to Cleveland Clinic. I also like that it is within walking distance of Terminal Tower. The people have always been great and my stays have been very compfortable.

It sounded like a jackhammer was being used to break through the cement.
