Nice but not insulated for noise!

Everything about the hotel was nice. It was fairly clean. I stayed on the second floor and I could hear everything that was going on around me, especially in the room above me. I came to rest while my husband was in a class but because of the constant thumping and bumping above, I did not get much rest.

BED BUGS! Beware!!

My colleague and I shared a room here in Dec 2008 and were severely bitten by bed bugs! My colleague had to be treated in the ER on Christmas Eve and we both had to be put on Rx's and various creams to resolve the itching. BEWARE!

Going beyond the expected

This was a great experience! When I needed something done, the staff went beyond what I expected. The front desk staff person always had a smile.

She moved me to a room of my request, despite the lateness of my arrival, to accomodate a special need.

Further, when I needed to know about local food, not only were suggestions made; but ...
