The power keep going out and the water keep stopping. There was never any management available to speak with. When the toliet stopped working they actually sent up a "Bucket" for us to use. The only beer available was some crappy draft that constituted the free beer. Won'y go back there.

wonderful resort ,yes it is a lil old but ,clean ,good food ,great staff,gests from uk,germ,canada ,the only rude ones were from canada !!!(Que)
the bar tenders are the best get to know them and they will treat you right and even take you to there house on there day off ,and show the sights for FREE!!!

Don't be fooled with this hotel ! This is not a four star but perhaps a two.
It lacks maintenance, not enough cleaning and if you get what they call a garden view, you will get nothing but garbage bins, bad smells and a large scenario of construction materials. You might get a room above the restaurant wish is very noisy even when they clean it ...

We would pack our bags in a second, only next time we would take our kids.
I highly recommend this Hotel and all the staff. We were treated with good humour, laughter, too bad it's not like this at home.

You must try a Golden Pineapple (Oslayda makes the best).

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, very clean with an amazing and very safe beach...

The food, like nearly everywhere in Cuba is not that good, stick to the tropical fruits, grilled meats and seafood, and rhum based cocktails.

I have stayed at the Hotel Bella Costa 5 times over an 8 year period - usually for 3 weeks at a time. I have taken several friends there on return journeys and everyone has loved it. The hotel has excellent facilities, is in an amazing location right on the beach & the staff are warm & wonderful!

Wonderful hotel and staff beautiful beach but having my bags weighted at the airport and having to cut a deal will say on price to get my luggage out awfull considering i weighted in fine in toronto and didn't bring anything back really funny was told 9 peso per pond over i was 15k over so people pack the heavy stuff in your carryon they dont weigh those..Beautiful weather wonderful trip..

I Got back Friday Feb 2/07....It took me 4 days to find the energy to write a review because 17 people on our resort got sick. The food is terrible, the hotel needs works, and since its in transition to a new hotel, I think they ALL just don't care.
