The Hallman family loved everything about the Conquistador Suites. The entire place is family friendly and that is the biggest plus for us. My grandchildren was never in a bad situation of any kind.I PRAISE THE STAFF for keeping it clean in all areas, for the kindness we were shown and feeling safe while you're away from home. I was there in 2003. It was a verry verry verry bad time there. i will never go back.

Property would not let us cancel due to approaching hurricane Frances because they were not under a mandatory evacuation. We were denied our deposit, even though it would have meant sitting in horrendous amounts of traffic even to get there. I even suggested that they refund our deposit and use the room for evacuees coming from south Florida and ...

We just returned from a vacation at Conquistador Suites. My husband and I also spent our honeymoon there, 5 years ago. We liked it so much, we decided to go back. We have 3 kids and have stayed at several places on the gulf...but we really liked the Conquistador best! The thing I like the most is the size of the rooms. They are large and we don't feel like sardines when we all come back to the rooms at night. The pool is a good size and there is a nice walkway to the beach. It isn't luxurious, but it is clean and has everything you need. I would certainly recommend it, especially to families!

We have been traveling to the Conquistador for the last seven to eight years. We always say that we're going to try a new place, but always end up back at the most reliable place. We really enjoy our stay...Nice rooms and resonable rate.
