This place boasted a smoke-free environment – “no smoking anywhere on the premises – inside or out” yet we had to keep our widows closed during the day when we were in because the hotel staff were smoking outside of our window. Also, the noise from the restaurant next door (and directly under our other window) made earplugs necessary at night. For this price, you could find someplace quieter and legitimately smoke-free.

The places itself was decent - good location - yummy breakfast - but the owners themselves were mean, nasty people. We had to make a change in our plans.
