We were very surprised.I went with my Fiance on a last minute trip and wound up staying for 12 days. On the plane over we had mediocre expectations because it was so last minute and we had been to a resort in Greece earlier on in the year and we thought it would be hard to top. We Can't Wait To Go Back !!!!!!!!After a 5 hour plane ride,we were greeted with smile's and friendly faces. not only was our room done but we were upgraded to a two bedroom over lookinking the pool area. the room was clean, the hotel resturants were great the prices were fare... you must have the flying fish with a greek salad.

Outstanding resort the best WOW!!!!!Just let me start out by the cleanliness of the rooms, resort, and the island. I have never been to a resort that was so clean and the rooms were huge. The Service is top notch and they provide you with clean towels and beds every day. Disappointed in BarbadosThe room had a musky mildew smell in the bathroom cabinet area.
This place was below the standard of the other hotels and resorts I am accustomed to staying at.
The staff had little knowledge about what was going on at the site.They told me to eat at a restaurant on site and when I went there it was closed for renovations.

Can't wait to go back!!!!I just returned from there yesterday, hated to leave. Beautiful resort, good sized hotel room, big bathroom, kitchen w/refrigerator, and microwave, very clean. Great romantic vacation!My wife and I spent 10 nights at the Bougainvillea for our 10th anniversary and had a wonderful time.
The rooms on the former Sandy Acres side are a bit dated but everything was clean. The grounds are very well kept and do look just like in the pics.
