Cozy and relaxing are the best words to describe Hill Country Inn and Suites. Our room was very clean! The staff was so sweet and curtious! The only thing that bummed me out was the limited cartoon stations for the kids to watch on tv. So don't forget the dvd player:)

We didn't get the room we reserved. The room was got was not clean. Finally they gave us the room we reserved. Only after complaining of the black hairs and the graffiti. The sencond room much nicer only for my kids to get chewed upi by bed bugs. !!!! Staff was very unfriendly!

The pictures posted was misleading for the room we stayed in. The good points-my grandson had a ball at the play area and swiming pool. Rooms were kept clean but the beds were like sleeping on the floor, very hard. They need to get new mattress. We stayed in a Kitchenette with 2 beds. There was 5 of us and it was too small for 5 people. ...

AWESOME staff - no matter what, they were courteous and went above and beyond to please. We stayed in a 2 BR condo the first time when our son graduated basic training at Lackland and absolutely loved the place - very clean, very spacious and excellent price. We are headed back for our sons tech school graduation this time and would not consider staying anywhere but here. Would highly recommend to anyone!!

We stayed in the newly refurbished 2 bedroom condo units and they are, by far, the nicest hotel/condo I have ever stayed in. Very spacious porch, huge and comfortable beds, and flat screen TVs make it hard to leave for the days activities. They give fresh towels daily and make the beds, but no cleaning. We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo/suite for 4 nights and loved it! I will always stay here from now on. The condos are VERY nice.
