I enjoyed my stay at the Ramada Limited in Salt Lake. They provided a crib and refrigerator at no charge as well as a safe where I could store my valuables and extra cash.

The location was convenient for me.

The service was excellent and the room was clean.

The continental breakfast could have been better. The choices weren't always as great as I would have hoped (fruit/yogurt not always available), etc.

I reserved a non-smoking room with two queen beds. When I arrived at about 4:30 in the afternoon they said they had only smoking rooms with two beds. They said that reservations made over the internet did not guarantee that you would get what you asked for, or even what was printed on your internet confirmation. We ended up in a non-smoking ...
