This hotel was just right for what we paid. Close to the Grand Canyon, with all the standard amenities. It also has an indoor, heated pool to use year round.
The front desk staff mixed up our reservation even though it was already set up through Travelocity. They gave our room to someone else and we had to wait half an hour until they decided to give us his room instead, which was a different type of room from what we had requested. In-door swimming pool & spa

Overall it's okay to stay for resting while visiting the Canyon. It has a fairly nice in-door pool & spa for relaxing after the hike. Complimentary continental breakfast which helped to reduce time to spend for breakfast. I over heard other people complained about cable TV but my room was okay. Other things I wish to have is my room window would have a view rather than facing a wall and a working AC.

Very poor customer service

We checked in at 11:30pm and were assigned to a smoking room although requested a non-smoking one. We called the room service for pillows on sofa bed but got only a voice response. After calling the front desk 4 times, we finally got our pillows one and half hour later at 1:00am.

Good clean Hotel. The front desk staff is poorly trained. When we arrived The front desk had problems locating our reservations. Whe we got to our room, another family was already in the room. It took a hour to straighten the problem.
