There were a few nice things about this hotel, but several things that wern't the best.

To start off witht the good,

1)The hotel was very clean.
2)There was a hot tub, sauna, and a indoor pool.
3) The price was great for the room.

Now for the negatives,

1)Staff was rude when requesting another blanket.

We stayed at the Comfort Inn last year for the Thanksgiving weekend! We usually stay in a condo but thought we would try a hotel last time around and we were so glad we did. It was close to all of the things that our family (ages ranging from 1-61)liked to do. We walked to the Christmas show at Main Street Opry and we were in perfect distance ...

It meets all our criteria for a pleasant stay. We don't look around anymore when we are anywhere near this area. It is very close to Panera Bread, another dependable amenity.

The location of the hotel was fine, and the room was reasonably clean (except for the Cheerios under the desk that stayed longer than we did). From there the experience drops off considerably. I got a terrible rash from their hot tub, and the manager refused to accept responsibility. Really bad management! What happened to their so-called quality gaurantee? There are lots of hotels on the strip -- I recommend choosing another one.

was there at a family reunion and had a wonderful time, the comfort Inn was very clean and the service was helpful and ready to help us with renting boats and water stuff! everyone was nice and the prices were fair! casual dress the the look!which is great!!
