The rooms are tiny and have an awful view. Our air conditioning was out two of the four days we were there. The room we got through the travel agency didnt even have a tub. We loved the resort - the staff was very friendly and wanted to make sure our stay was perfect. The food was great - we ate mostly at the buffet which always had a good variety. At a resort hotel, one expects a balcony in front of everey room , ocean view or not. Their "De luxe" class rooms are reallly standard quality, no balcony, no bathtub, and no "lux" what so ever. And some of the rooms are unacceptably small.
Beachfront is also very narrow, with a great lack of sun-beds. Expect to be out before ...
