no hot water, beds were harder than the tiled floor, we requested an ocean view room and got stuck in a room we could hardly see the ocean,the beach was full of cigarette butts, the hair dryer in room smelled like cigarette smoke when i turned it on, the last day and a half we were out of water completely.
