We loved the resort - the staff was very friendly and wanted to make sure our stay was perfect. The food was great - we ate mostly at the buffet which always had a good variety. Breakfact is always our favorite with made to order omelets! They changed from soft ice-cream to wonderful hard ice-cream - loved it!

At a resort hotel, one expects a balcony in front of everey room , ocean view or not. Their "De luxe" class rooms are reallly standard quality, no balcony, no bathtub, and no "lux" what so ever. And some of the rooms are unacceptably small.
Beachfront is also very narrow, with a great lack of sun-beds. Expect to be out before ...

Jan2008. This is a good mid range hotel with good food, for an all-inclusive, but tends to be busy and noisy. The main bar area and restaurants are hard to get into. The 3 a-la-carte restaurants are often fully booked and the main buffet restaurant often has a line-up for a tables.
