The service was horrible. The night clerk was rude and had ZERO people skills. When we went to check out and were asked,"How was your stay?" by the female manager. My response was that the night clerk treated my family rudely. She called me a liar and told me to leave! Wow! I thought the customer was always right!! I would NEVER stay at this place again! We were totally disappointed!!

Very accomodating staff, clean and wonderful surroundings for a very small hotel nothing to ask more from the staff to the services....
Rooms well maintained knowing been built for almost 13 years. although no elevator everyone is so helpful offering their help for our luggages. Thinking that the hotel is an exterior one was surprised was quiet and safe.. woul recommend to my friends and our company.

No elevator & the concrete steps are steep, short, and open so that a cruch or cane could easily drop through. It is downright scary.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 night, the room was very nice and comfortable. Everybody was so nice and very helpful. I will absolutly recomend this to my family and friends.

I love Holiday Inn products. Until now that is! This Holiday Inn express is really just a run of the mill low price motel with a name and price of it's much higher quality siblings.
