the hotel is beautiful, very modern. We came in late, and they took care of us quickly and cheerfully. Our room was fantastic. A very peaceful night, and free breakfast.

The place looks amazing and we were very excited to stay here. But extremely poor service and rude staff (plump lady at the reception at night) made our stay very unpleasant.

we were waiting for few hours to check in and you would expect clean room but it was quite the opposite !!! smelled on pee , especialy bathroom; mold everywere and big yellow spots on mattrases !!! pee or bear stain ?
breakfast was o.k. but everything else apsolutly not worth $75 dollars for suite

Even tough it is continently located in middle of everything but it needs to upgraded, furniture in the rooms is very old and used. Bathrooms were dirty and had smell.

You guys dont like the hotel do you well it was fine.So dont complain about how bad it is,and if you dont want too stay there then leave to your 5 star suites.

The room smelled, the beds were the most uncomfortable beds I had ever had in a hotel and the ceiling of the shower was covered in mold and mildew. I dont know how this hotel stays in business.

The hotel itself was obviously an older hotel, and that is ok. They just need to update and maybe a small remodel of the rooms. We had two rooms and they both smelled of urine and one reaked of smoke. For the price, I probaby wouldn't return.

Our son's baseball team played in a tournament over the 4th of July weekend. The parents all wanted to stay together at the same hotel, so through the tournament organizers this hotel was recommended.

The hotel is in need of repair and cleaning. The hotel lobby area behind the counter was strewn with needless clutter and not professional.

The two beds in our room need to be replaced as they were very uncomfortable.

When we visited it was snowing. Only a portion of the parking lot was cleared. The parking lot was dirty and the strewn with trash.
