Going for mothers day weekend. Hoping we have a greay time. Really looking forward to it. Staying at the Primm.

VERY CHEAP AND LOTS OF AMENTIES BUT YOU DO NOT GET TO ENJOY YOUR STAY AT ALL AS EVERY ONE THINK YOU ARE STEELING THE ROOM FOR THIS PRICE .THEY EITHER DO NOT LET YOU SLEEP WELL AT NIGHT .customer service is almost non existant
and the waitline is very long..if you like government housing may be give it a try otherwise there much better deals around ...I would not come back even if it is for free and you will not too after a sleepless night

Major Complaint about facility.
Arrived on 04/25/09, waited approximately an hour and a half in line to check in. No one than 3 attendants at any given time, and they would take a guest or 2 and leave their stations for long periods of time, leaving no more than 2 attendants at any time. No smiles extremely bothered and rude because we were there ...

I was at the bathroom by the arcade area set down my purse next to me and had just finished washing my hands when someone took my purse and escaped. I thought there might be cameras to check who it was because I suspected a staff member and I got no assistance. My empty purse was later found in a trash can and no reimbursement was offered.

ARE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN ..THE FOOD WAS GREAT MY HUSBAND AND I WILL ALWAYS STAY AT BUFFALO BILLS WHEN WE GO TO STATE LINE CANT WAIT TO GO AGAIN HAD THE BEST TIME ......

Buffet Sunday the most expensive night and one of the poorest selection Bland pork ribs/over cooked chicken/rice and beef/stuffed bell peppers that were cooked to death/ strogaonoff that tasted like thier wasnt any pepper left in the ketchen along with some very poor made mexican food tamales were bland and the mexican lasanga that to much chilli ...

Used to be pretty good but the buffet at Buffalo Bills on Tuesday (5/12) was awful. Very little hot dishes to choose from. Chicken was over cooked & dry. A good choice on salad items but carrots were white from age & dry as if from day before. Beets had no flavor--tasted like water. Fixins for tacos but no meat, no tortillas, no melted ...

We stopped by for Mothers Day brunch. The server(Manuel) was unattentive, didn' clear the table in a timely manner and never gave us our drinks when we were seated. He never even introduced himself or offered the champagne that went with the meal.

The location is great and the price. But once you get in the check in is right in the casino so you have to stand there for a few hours right in the smoke. Check in also takes a long time. If you book in advance that doesn't mean your going to get the room you wanted or the preference. I booked 4 months in advance for 2 queen beds, non-smoking. ...
