Great staff, great rooms, great bar and food in house. Also very affordable. Best Buisness travel I have EVER had. Was in this hotel 7 months last year and almost 2 months this year.

The hotel and waterpark where grossly understaffed, underequiped and overcrowded. Check in and check out times; only had one or two persons working the front counter. Hotel was very loud. I have a 5 and a 9 year old and i think they were more stressed then me. Check in was exhausting took almost 2 hours. Once i got to the front desk they made me feel like i was a burden to them and trying to get to the room was like trying to get through a mosh pit at a concert. GOT OVERCHARGED ITS BEEN A MONTH STILL ARGUEING WITH THEM. THE STAFF HATES THERE JOB AND THE PARKING IS OUTRAGEOUS

The water park is way cool. It was very clean. Only bad thing is that they ran out of dry towels. Lifeguards do a great job watching the pools and enforcing the rules. They see every rule you break and they yell at you. I know its for my safety. Big raft ride was a blast. All the slides were fun. The water was clean too one of of the lifeguards told me they use UV light cleanning thing to kill all bactera. Its cool place!!!!!!!!

Rooms were small. Waterpark was a ripoff due to shutting down 3 of the 6 slides. All 3 body slides were shut down. There should be a discount for this. One worker running the large intertube slide was VERY RUDE! He would ride down with our family hanging onto our intertube. It was truly scary for our youngest. Definantly need more mature workers in the water park! I wouldn't ever come back because of the high taxes on our daily bill.
