This is a privately run hotel,not part of a chain. From the street, its nothing special, but the rooms are good, new and clean.
It is virtually over the road from Frys Electronics, the Manhattan Village shopping centre, and a short walk from Best Buy, etc, in a new shopping area with the usual assortment of Big Box retailers.

The exterior will give you pause...but inside, the room was clean and well apointed. The TV was large and new as was the fridge in the room. Very tasteful interior and was comfortable. Desk and round table w/two chairs included. It was a good value and I would return again.
