Location for Kutztown U is Great! Other than the location its accomadations compare to spending the night in a dumpster. This place was probably nice in 1972.

We had a wonderful stay here. Managment was delightful and kind. The room was clean and even though we got a smoking room it did not smell of smoke. The sheets smelled freshly clean. The pool after a long days work was clean and refreshing. The motel is in a perfect location for dinning and kutztown entertainment.

Room was clean,jetted tub,lots of hot water. Close to KU, and town. Not 5 star, but clean room and fair price. I will stay again.

Since the hotel had new management, the hotel has improved greatly! The room was clean, didn't stink, and the managers were very nice and helpful. If staying in the area, I would definately recommend staying at the Campus Inn.

This was not a four star hotel,but ok for the price. Staff was friendly and the place was clean. I almost did not make the trip as it was a weekend when all the hotels were full and their rates were high due to several big events for the weekend. I was afraid to stay here due to the other reviews but it was ok. I would stay here again.

me and my friend went there one nite while visitng kutztown. we had no other place to stay, it was 3am this was our last resort, miles away from home we ventured in. we were greeted with a god awful smell that made me sick to my stomache and for the discounted price of $72 marked down from $75 we chose to pass on this place. we chose to sleep on our car instead, and we still stand by our choice, sure beats the campus inn.

The Campus Inn of Kutztown is one of the most disgusting places to stay in that area. For one thing, it is not worth $65.00 a night or even $50.00 as they claim.
