We stayed there in the first week of march,2009.We had a pleasant experience there.the staff was friendly.The room was clean and smelt good.We will definately go back.

After reading the other reviews I think the positive ones must have been written by the staff! My room was dirty and smelled of feet or ?, the ceiling had mildew growing and the bedspread smelled awful. When we checked in, the lady at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. When we got to our room, we were very pleased. Our room was very clean, and our linens had a fresh smell. We would definitely recommend this motel to others.

I was there for only 1 day, but the room was clean, linens and towels were clean, and the manager was very friendly. I am not sure where some of these other people have stayed at, but it is not the Sumner Motor Inn that I was at. Great place, and I will stay again when I am in town!

The service was great, room was clean and every day I had a clean room when I returned from my day's activities. Numerous restaurants and stores within 3 blocks. Overall wonderful stay!

It is just like going home. It has very private rooms with wonderful maid service, and great customer service: The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is close to grocery stores, gas station, and it has walk in restaurant. Room prices are always affordable. I always love to stay here.

I arrived early for my resveration and was greated warmly by the lady at the desk. The room was ready so we checked in only to find that for a non smoking room it sure smelled like a dirty ashtray. The sheets were dirty looking and the towels were dirty looking, not the white color one would expect in a motel. We cancelled part of our stay. I would not reccommend this motel if you are looking for a clean place.

I thought that the woman behind the counter was wonderful, so kind on the phone and in person as well. I will definetly return to sumner motor inn.
