We stayed in the best room(royal king jacuzzi).after checking in and walking up stairs the hallway was filthy. I had to keep letting the wife out of the bathroom because the door sticks, the floor in the bathroom is real slick wearing socks. Only a few of the jets worked in the jacuzzi and no adjustments for the jets(sign says only turn on or off). ...

The website was misleading. We stayed in their "best" room. I agree the furniture was new, however the room was filthy. The windowsills had food and cobwebs on them and the posterbed was high above the ground and you could see no one ever cleaned underneath. The toiliet in the room did not work and we had to manually turn on and off ...

You can't beat the location,but from there the experience went down hill fast.

We stayed at the Bavarian Ritz in downtown Leavenworth Washington lat February in their Sweet Dreams room. The room was clean, and it had all the amenities needed. The location was great we didn’t even need to get into the car in the three days we stayed there. The staff was very helpful whenever we needed suggestions what to do. We’ll definitely stay there again.
