The location was great - set away from a busy street and away from freeway noise, but easy access to Highway 1, and close to the beach. I prefer their location over the traffic and crowds of Santa Cruz.

The staff was friendly, room nice enough - nothing fancy, for a good rate. Breakfast area nice.

The Capitola inn is a great place if you aren't looking for a Big hotel experience. The rooms are clean and quiet. The Staff is always friendly. The owners are doing a major renovation.

It was hard to find but located in Capitola. I was not sure about staying, but after speaking with the Front Desk staff we decided to stay. The staff was absalutely great. They went out of their way to accomadate us. No matter what we needed they were there. Very professional which made a big difference The motel definetly needs alot of cosmetic work and a heated pool would be great.

this used to be thee place for us to stay, not anymore, its dirty, rundown, the phones in the rooms dont work, the list goes on, the last visit, we heard the office help, having a makeshift party below us, and another patrons dog bark nonstop, this was totally unacceptable especially when this goes on until after 1:30 am, management did get called ...

it was nice for us. The outside could use some work ,so could the inside but nothing to worry about. Some of the rooms smelled like mold downstairs, but the upstair rooms were nice and had alot of space. there was a nice refrierater and micorwave. The room service people were friendly and kind. beds were comfertable.
