My husband and I were to stay at the Steamboat Inn in February of 2005 and had invited his parents to come with us. Sadly, my husband's dad died just prior to our travel. The Inn was very gracious and didn't charge us a thing. We're looking forward to going in September. Lovely place.

nice room and great view. thought that the staff was a bit condescending (as was the couple we met at breakfast). overall liked the inn itself, but not recommended for young couples.

Cozy, homey yet elegant. The staff made us welcome and taken care of. Diana is delightful-- and wow what a continental breakfast with fresh baked goodies. Would return in a heartbeat.

Can't say enough about the place but the Mystic Suite (no.2) on the second floor has the best views (the smallest whirlpool bath:-(( but awesome fireplace and very low ceilings.
