I have stopped here for already tree times and highly recommend it for your overnight stay or as a base to research Grand Canyon. It is brand-new motel with big clean warm rooms. I think this is the best what you can ever expect from Motel6 and just for less than 40 bucks with all taxes...
Just do not mix it with the "east" motel (a half-block away) - I cannot say anything, but that looks older...
