I was in this hotel in may 2005.

THe hotel is very nice, big rooms, Cable TV, etc.

There is no room service but you can buy all you need from the vendor machines located in the lobby (water, coke, etc)

The location is great, you have a Metro station and El Corte ingles just in front of the hotel. YOu can also walk to the heart of Madrid ...
