You are right there in the heart of San Francisco and for less than $100. The place is nice and clean. I was waned about the area being rough especially at night but I never had any problem. So long as are minding your business you are all right. Anyway you walk 2 block and you are in a good part of the town.

This place is about as cheap as they get in SF without staying somewhere REALLY creepy.
$99 room but most importantly FREE Parking in a LOCKED GARAGE. Each time we've stayed, cars outside on the streets have been broken into at night. The location is in the 'loin after all (tho on the very edge).
