I did not stay at the hotel but i did make a reservation and need to cancel as a family emergency came up..the gentlemen that took my reservation was absolutly wonderful. I was very impressed!!! I would definitly stay at this hotel just by the service i recieved over the telephone.

i would say this hotel is so good there service are good. the front desk people are so helpful. its a very quite and clean. its perfect for a good vacation.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room in great condition and always clean, very comfortable and quiet except for some noise from the local traffic. No problems at all. Enjoyed the indoor pool every night. First time I have stayed at an independent motel chain instead of a big name chain. would stay at again and recommend.

The location was good for activities inside Rapid City, there are better locations for seeing Mount Rushmore and the Black Hills. Spent a week there and was very satisfied with the place. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable.
