The toilet leaked (puddle everytime flushed). Told staff right away, they advised they were aware, but had not part, so they asked us to put towels under the toilet. We made it so it didn't leak on the floor, but by the end of the second day there, there were moldy mushrooms growing on the carpet outside the bathroom door. No one cared, ...

was the best hotel i ever stayed at in abbotsford. The staff was very friendly , rooms were very comfy and lastly close to the airport :)

We had 3 different rooms. The first room the remote and the fan didn't work, and only one chair. The 2nd room was an upgrade but they put us in a non-smoking room when they new we smoked & the phone didn't work for incoming calls. The 3rd room we couldn't get the shower to work. Very frustrating experience.
No bereavment rates like other hotels.

The staff was very friendly and we were treated like we were at home . Had very good service and rooms were absolutely relaxing and clean. Just cant wait for another stay at Comfort inn Abbotsford.

We checked in around 11:00 P.M. and were assigned room 228. Bathtub plunger was broken, so requested another room...moved to 230. This room had interior lights burned out with minimal visibility...moved to room 232. Bathtub plunger works in this room, but when turning on the two lights above the bed, both blew out. I loved the Comfort Inn, the location is prime. All the staff were friendly and gave great service. The Breakfast was done really well, the rooms were clean. Everything you want when you go to visit abbotsford. I've stayed in other hotels around the area and they just don't match up. i recomend the Comfort Inn to anyone.
