Be warned if your kids have even the slightest sensitive skin the chemicals in the pools are extremely strong. My daughter has a bright red face and a rash on her body.....

I booked a handicapped room at the Grand Marquis and was assurred the
rooms were wheelchair accessible.

I asked sink height, table height info, if i could roll under, etc...

WHAT I DISLIKE ABOUT HIS HOTEL WHERE THE POOLS,SPA,WHIRLPOOL AND THE BLUE LAGON FOR THE KIDS THEY WHERE VERY DIRTY NEEDS SOME TENDER LOVING SCRUBBNG AND SOME CHOLORINE POOL, SPA ,WHIRLPOOL AND KID BLUE LAGOON VERY DIRTY .I LIKE IT WAS NOT THAT NOISY BUT WOULD THINK TWICE IF I WOULD STAY THERE

Heat outside in 90's all day !!!1 No light s in hallways for over 4+ hours, Hallways always hot also elevator, from the start of trip. Rooms very, very hot&stuffy!!! people stuck on elevator(s) People complaining..... Pitch dark except for EXIT lights Were ...

We loved it, there was someone at the desk 24 hrs. and the helped us with whatever it was that we needed, they treated us like we were the only guests in the hotel, and there were plenty of attraction nearby. the offer their full out service, if you're thinking of going to the dells, you should check this place out and they'll have you hooked as soon as you walk through the doors.

We had a great time at the Grand Marquis. Our daughter is four years old and way too little to fully appreciate most of the mega-size waterparks in the Dells. The ammenities at this hotel were just the right size for her. Highly recommended for families with small children.

Clean rooms, pleasant staff. Overall a great experience. We'll be going back this winter.

WE HAD SO MUCH FUN AT THIS HOTEL MY FAMILY LOVED IT SO MUCH,ROOMS ARE CLEAN. GOOD SERVICE. WE ARE GOING AGAIN THIS SUMMER WITH MORE FAMILY MEMBERS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.
