i loved this motel because it felt very good and peaceful and instead of driving there i could just walk to mcdonalds and subway and the service here was excellent! the rooms were clean and i could get a wake up call for work .

BEST STAFF. BEST ROOMS. BEST DECORATIONS and I HAVE TO SAY; IT FELT LIKE HOME=) I DONT THINK THERE IS ANY PLACE IN QUEENSBURY BETTER THAN ALPENHAUS! EVERYONE MUST TRY!! GOOD RATES AND EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE

The check-in service was fast and staff was courteous. Establishment is been around quite a while. Rooms could use an upgrade. Carpeting is very old. Screens torn in some windows. Bathroom was very clean. Value? Rates are low - you get what you pay for. Location comes with the territory. Close to road, but this is a tourist town.

I definitly loved this motel...one of the fastest and best services i have ever encountered...i m a man who travels alot and usually stay in motels where ever i go...when i tried Alpenhaus Motel...i actually felt like as if i was home...definilty somewhere to stay at...
