Totally let down.I read the Conrad was fabulous, but my room needs updating. I hear people in rooms on both sides of me, the smell of cigarettes is giving me a headache.
This is a 3 star in my books!!

The view is breath taking. The people are great and they go the extra mile to help and provide excelent service.

I disliked everything about it. The location was terrible too.
