They messed up our reservation, we ended up with one room short. The mini suites are very cramped & not worth the money. The king rooms wasn't much better. Then they over charged us. No way four adults & two children could be in either of the rooms comfortably, so some of us had to find a different hotel. Instead of giving us a reduced rate for the mistake, they over charged for the one room.

We stayed there last weekend for a wedding and everything from the catering staff, the meal, the hotel room and the service was excellent. Everyone was professional, the bar served great food and the hotel was very accomodating for our large group. I would highly recommend this establishment for anyone seeking a friendly, clean and welcoming stay.

We were here for a family reunion and the room was FILTHY! We paid $120+ per night and the bathroom floor hadn't been cleaned in years! The room had not been dusted in the amount of time. I wrote a complaint, was never acknowledged! We go to Winona every year and will NOT stay here ever again!!!!!

I loved the breakfast in the morning, the Brewski's pub has awesome food (especially their pizza), and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The rooms have walk out balcony's so it isn't your typical claustrophobic hotel room! A+ service, I highly recommend the hotel, and I will be going back in the future
