Clean and quiet with a friendly staff. Typical amenties you can find at anyother property but for free. It's nice to see that you don't have to be nickel and dimed at some places.

As a business traveler on a budget this place was perfect. Not to far and not to much money. from and my clients businesses in Chicago. The room had Mirco/Fridges and Wireless interent. That is all I needed but had much more. iron, hair dryer and a coffee maker. the only con is that you do not get good cell phone reception, So i just stepped outside to use the phone and I was fine.

I had a 3-day workshop at Kraft R&D center which is a mile from Best Western. The staffs there are friendly and helpful. They let me to check-in at noon. I'd a king-size bedroom, the bed is comfortable and the room is clean. The free internet access is great. The price is good ($74/day) compared with nearby hotels for $100/day. Also, it's just 10-15mins walk to the Golf Metra station, very convenient!

Very nice, accomidating to all preferances.Clean, curteous, handy to all area. Special attention was given to the fact that I use a wheelchair,was on my first visit to the area from Tennessee, and that I set up remotes on lighting in my room (I was assisted in this). Highly recommend!!

However, after we checked everything was fine. The staff was amazingly helpful and very friendly. This hotel also has a great value. We fit 3 people in a room with a pull out sofa bed for less than $75. Since most hotels in the Chicago area are quite expensive, this was a great deal.
