We stayed March 19, 2009 and this was the quietest hotel I have ever stayed in. It was very clean and the employees very helpful. The rooms were spotless and smelled very clean and fresh. The carpet appeared to be brand new and was so soft and clean. The beach and pool areas was wonderful! The view is well worth the price you pay.

The hotel is the cleanest and nicest hotel on the gulf coast. It is a must stay and play hotel destination.

The motel has run down badly since our last visit in 2003. Carpet stained badly, room was not clean. Wife got bitten by a spider the first day there. I reported it to the front desk, and the manager was in a meeting and would not come out. It does not appear that they care for their guest.

Room had musty odor. They sprayed but it did not help. Rust was apparent everywhere. It was very overpriced for accomodations and service which was very poor. Only good thing was the service of the beach personnel who handled the umbrellas and chairs - they were absolutely great.

We stayed here for July 4th 2008 and had a wonderful time. The standard room we had was spotless and everyone was helpful when needed. The only bad thing was the Jellyfish which was not the hotel's fault. I heard it was because of the dredging that was going on in the gulf. I will definintely go back and hopefully soon. Only suggestion: if going during the 4th of July be prepared for traffic on Highway 59 when leaving to go home.

Overpriced for type of hotel, staff had reservation wrong, no refrig., no mico-wave,had to ask 2 day's in a row about soap. Staff thought they were doing you a favor by staying there. Security had the handycap space used for his truck.

My friends and I were staying there for spring break this past March. The room had already been paid for and I had a confirmation. When I went to check in the manager told me that it was not paid for. After 15 minutes of deliberation and a very angry call from my mother he said he would check his files.
